  12. Get 3 tbsp sugar powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice

  16. Take As needed Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
  17. Get As needed Besan sev and chanadal namkeen to garnish
Steps to make Veggie Sago Poha:
  1. Wash and soak sago for 2 hours.
  2. Wash and keep poha aside for 1/2 hour. Keep all required ingredients ready.
  3. In kadhai add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as they splutter add asafoetida, curry leaves. Add all vegetables and mix and saute for few minutes.
  4. Add green chillies ginger paste, soaked sago and poha.
  5. Add turmeric powder, sugar powder, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Cook for few minutes.
  6. Add roasted peanuts coarse powder and mix. Off the flame.
  7. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Veggies Sago Poha garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves,besan sev and chanadal namkeen.
