- Prepare 3 cups rice
- Prepare prawns

In saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar & salt. After buying good rice and rinsing the rice properly, we need to soak the rice in water.
Instructions to make Concoction Rice:
- Parboil the rice or wash with warm water, rinse with clean water and set aside.
- Wash the smoke fish fish, ponmo, prawns and not blended prawns, set aside in a bowl
- Blend the peppers, crayfish, onions roughly
- Place pot on heat, add two cooking spoon palm oil, allow to smoke for about 3minutes and add sliced onions.
- Add the roughly blended pepper mix washed crayfish, diced ponmo, smoked fish, prawns to the oil. Add water enough to cook the rice to the pepper mix. Cover to boil
- When it starts boiling add the rice, seasoning, taste for salt. Cover to cook.
- Check at interval to be sure, it's done. If it need more water add little to it.
- Garnish the top with sliced scent leafs and sliced red peppers.
- Add another spoon of palm oil before dropping from heat to up the palm oil flavour.
- When it's done drop from heat and stir the rice together. Ready to eat.
