- Take Block ready pressed Tofu
- Get 2 tsp Chinese five spice

- Add your crispy tofu to the sauce just to warm through as you don’t want to lose that crispy taste. Serve and enjoy.
Press the tofu to drain excess moisture. To maintain maximum crispiness post-frying, move the fried tofu to a wire cooling rack while you finish cooking. Wrap the tofu in a clean kitchen towel. Place a chopping board on top and weigh it down with some cans or heavy cookbooks. This removes water and makes the tofu extra crispy.
