  3. Now add rice and saffron strands. Cook it on low flame till rice are done. It may take 10 minutes.
  4. Now add all chopped dry fruits, cardamoms powder and sugar in kheer and stir for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Stir till sugar melt. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  6. Serve hot or chilled garnished with pistachios.
