- Then apply some oil over the noodles then keep it aside in the meanwhile chopped the veggies
- Add oil in kadai then add chopped garlic, chopped dry red chillies, chopped green chillies sauté it for few minutes then add all the veggies
- Saute veggies for few minutes then add green chillies sauce, soya sauce, red chilly sauce saute it for few minutes then add the boiled noodles cook it for few minutes then add chopped spring onions.. serve hot..
