Grease your idli mould with oil if using steel ones and then pour half a tsp of batter in the mould starting with carrot then normal white idli batter and then spinach batter.

  1. In a mixer jar add green chilli, ginger and spinach grind it into fine paste..
  2. In a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, salt and spinach paste add water if required and prepare paste like idli batter keep for 10min check if required water add and mix it well then add pinch of eno mix well
  3. Transfer in greased idli stand cook for 10min in a low flame once cool down unmould it and it's ready to serve with chutney.. i had it with ketchup😋

For making this South Indian recipe, combine the overnight soaked yellow moong dal, spinach and green chillies and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste without using water.
