  3. Take 1 Carrot grated
  4. Take 1-5 leaves Spinach-
  5. Prepare 1 Cauliflower florets-of 1 cauliflower
  6. Take 2 Potatoes-
  7. Get 1 cup Green peas
  8. Get 2 Green capsicum (finely chopped)
  9. Take 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  10. Make ready -8-10 Tomatoes (pureed)
  11. Get 12-15 Garlic cloves-(Minced)
  12. Take as needed Coriander chopped
  13. Prepare -1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp Pav bhaji Masala-
  15. Get Pinch Turmeric
  16. Take to taste or 2 tsp Salt
  17. Make ready 1 cup Water-
  18. Get 1 or 1/2 lemon- if big in size
  19. Take 1tsp+1 tsp Butter+oil-(for tempering)
  20. Take 50 gms or more Butter- you can take(Amul Light)

This is a very simple version which takes no time at all. Put the spinach in a large pan with a small amount of boiling water. Cover and simmer for a few minutes until the spinach has wilted. Peeth Perun Bhaji is a protein rich, vegetarian, Maharashtrian dish which means vegetable sprinkled with Besan (Gram Flour).

Instructions to make WINTER'S SPECIAL BHAJI

  1. Firstly take a pressure cooker drop in all the veggies except tomatoes onion & garlic.Pour a cup of water.Pressure cook it on high till 4-5 whistles.Once the pressure is released open the lid,mash all the veggies with the help of masher.
  2. Now for tempering take a wok drop in oil + butter heat it then put kashmiri mirch and turmeric.Immediately put minced garlic cloves fry it for a while followed by adding onion and capsicum.fry all till transparent.Now add tomatoes puree.Fry it till oil separates.Now sprinkle pav bhaji Masala over it & mix well Finally pour in the mashed bhaji, mix again well.add butter & simmer it for 5 minutes.Add lime juice.
  3. Yummiest bhaji is ready to relish.Pour it into the serving bowl.Garnish it with chopped coriander and a dollop of butter.😊
