  1. Soak Soya Keema in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Then squeeze it from water.

  4. Fry onion sliced till golden brown, cool it.

  6. In a kadhai add 2 teaspoon ghee.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste.
  8. Cook it for 1 minute then add soaked Soya mince.
  9. Cook it for another 2 minutes.Now add roasted gram flour.mix it well.
  10. Add brown onion paste and Soya mince in a mixe and make a smooth paste.
  11. In a bowl add cooked Soya with brown onions paste.
  12. Add red chilli powder,salt, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder and mace powder.
  13. Add 2 drops kewra water.
  14. Mix it well.
  15. Divide the mixture into equal portions.
  16. And give them shape like kebab.
  17. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat.
  18. Add ghee on it.
  19. And shallow fry the kebabs till golden brown.
  20. Serve hot with onion rings lemon and hung curd.
