  1. Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Then drain and squeeze out the water. Mix with onion, ginger, garlic, chilies, coriander leaves and all the dry spices.
  2. Give a long shape to it and dust with some rice flour. Refrigerate for some time.
  3. Make a batter with the plain flour and a pinch of salt. Dip into the plain flour batter.
  4. Roll them in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Transfer to a plate & deep fry them in hot oil till golden in colour and crisp.
  6. Drain on a kitchen towel and transfer to a serving dish. Serve as appetizers / starters with some homemade chutney / dip or tomato ketchup.
