The ingredients needed to make Soya Chilli:
- Get 1 cup Soya chunks
- Take 4 cups Water
- Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp Curd
- Get 2 tsp Ginger garlic
- Make ready 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli pwder
- Get 1/4 tbsp Corn flour
- Take 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper crushed

- Take 2 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- Get 2 Onian chopped
- Take 2 Capsicum chopped in cube shape (red, green, yellow)

- Prepare 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp Vinegar
- Make ready 2 tsp Tomato sauce 2
- Take To taste Chilli sauce 1 t spn
- Make ready 1/4 tsp Crushed black pepper
- Take To taste Salt
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp Corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup water
Steps to make Soya Chilli:
- Firstly, in a large saucepan get 4 cup water with ½ tsp of salt to a boil.now add 1 cup soya chunks, boil it for 10 minutes. Drain off the water and rinse with cold water.
- Now in a large bowl take 1 tbsp curd ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp pepper,1 tsp chilli powder.mix well and prepare a smooth marination paste. Squeeze out water from chunks and add to the marination paste. Add more corn flour if nessesary.
- Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry soya chunks till crisp and golden brown.
- Firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame.also, saute 1 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
- Further, add cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour.additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and salt.mix well and saute for a minute.
- Add corn flour slurry (cornflour mixed in water) give a good mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.add fried soya chunks.
- Mix gently making sure the sauce has coated well uniformly.
- Finally transfer soya chilli in serving plate/ bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
