- First soak soya chunks in water and boil it. Keep it aside for 10 mins. Then strain soya chunks and remove water from it.
- Now add gram flour in soya chunks. Then add asafoetida, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, dry mango power and carom seeds. Now add curd,salt and mix them well.
- Now heat oil in pan. Then fry soya chunks till they become golden brown in colour on medium flame. Crispy soya nuggets are ready. Take them out from pan and serve hot crispy soya nuggets with tea.
