  13. Continue to roll the wrap all the way up, keeping it as tight as possible
  14. Heat your oil until a drop of water sizzles instantly
  15. Put egg rolls in oil a few at a time and fry until golden brown.

Remove from oil and drain on paper towels or rack. Put on serving plate and top with sesame seeds if desired.
