- Soak rice,for 1/2 hour.grind it with few strands Kesar and elachi,add to 1 Lt boiled milk.keep stirring constantly
- Soak badam for few hours or boil it to remove skin.grind badam and add to milk keep stirring. Add ghee while stirring,add rose water,when rice is cooked (boiled).add sugar according to taste.mix till it melts and thickens, serve hot or cold.
