  3. Using a separate Sufuria /cooking pan, heat the oil the add the onion + the garlic gloves and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir till soft then add the knorr beef cubes and allow it to melt before mixing with the tomatoes
  5. Stir then add the boiled matumbo and continue stirring.
  6. Allow to simmer while dissolving rocyo in 1 /8 cup of water. Then add to the matumbo.
  7. Stir a few minutes and add salt to taste.
  8. Add water to create soup then serve.
