- Dust the dough with maida and roll thin.
- Cut into strips.
- Roll the strips around the ice cream sticks.
- Boil water and drop rolled sticks into water.
- Boil for 15 - 20 mins.
- Now drain and transfer into cold water.
- Finally drain off the soya chaap sticks. Soya chaap is ready..
