The ingredients needed to make Rice Kheer:
- Take 2 liters Milk
- Make ready 0.5 cup raisins
- Take 2 tbsp milkmaid or mithai mate

- Take the milk in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame and let it come to a boil. Keep stirring the milk in between. Always keep a ladle in the pan to prevent overflowing of milk.
- Add in the rice and cook on medium flame until the milk becomes thick and is reduced to half. This will take around 40 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add in the milkmaid.
- Stir well and let this kheer cool down a bit. Once the kheer is cool you can add the raisins. You can also add in other dryfruits of your choice.
- Enjoy this chilled or warm!
