  1. First grind all the masala, now soak the the rice and wash it off.
  2. In a pressure cooker take mustard oil,boil the soybean and chopped all the spices.
  3. Crackle the cumin, clove,cardamom, bayleaf, garlic and ginger,after 5 minutes add chopped onions,potato and soybean, after 5 minutes and the masala paste and fry them till golden add other dry spices too.
  4. Now add rice and fry again for 5 to 6 minutes.
