- Soak black gram overnight in the water.
- In the morning boil it in pressure cooker till 2,3 whistles.
- Put onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic in mixture and make fine paste of it.
- Then take a pan put oil in it then put cumin seeds in it.
- Then add masala of onions and tomatoes then fry it.
- After add 1 cup water boil it you can use the same water as you used in pressure cooker. After some boils add black gram in it.
- Then cook for 5 minutes. Your black gram is ready. Enjoy it with chawal, chapati whatever you want.
