- Depending on how thick you like soup, you may need to add more hot water/stock.
- Blend until smooth, (season with salt and pepper if required) and serve.
Lentils — I use brown, red, or French lentils to make the soup and add them uncooked. The lentils cook up to be soft, plus I love the nutritional benefits of lentils.
