- Once you see that it has thicken take off the stove and put in a round cake pan or you can do individual ones for family or guest. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon at your liking. I like it cold so I put in fridge until ready to eat.
Remove and discard the cinnamon stick, ginger and cloves. Stir in the raisins and coconut flakes. Pour the rice pudding into a serving dish or dishes. Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon before serving.
