Instructions to make Soya bean biryani:
  1. In a bowl marinate all the ingredients mentioned in marination. Keep it aside. In a pan take 2 tablespoon of oil.Add sliced little sliced onions and roast it till it gets crispy.
  2. In the same pan add 1 tablespoon oil and add the marinated soya bean and stir. Keep it aside. Now take another vessel, add 2 tablespoons of oil and add biryani masala and red chillies. Then add sliced onions and green chilli slits to the same and cook it in high flame till the onion turns golden brown
  3. Now to this add chopped tomatoes and stir. Then add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Shahi biryani masala and stir it and close the lid and let it cook. Add whisked curd to this and mix it nicely at low flame.
  4. Add fried soya bean to the vessel and mix it. Add 1+1/2 glasses of water for 1 glass of rice. I have taken 3 glasses of rice so I am adding 4+1/2 glasses of water. Let it cook in low flame till the water bubbles up. Then add cleaned rice and stir it. And close it with a lid and let it cook in medium flame.
  5. Once the rice is cooked, sprinkle the fried onions and fresh coriander leaves and switch of the flame and your soya bean biryani is ready to serve. You can serve this biryani with Raitha
