Steps to make Bread Rolls:
  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients, keeping the yeast and salt apart. Combine all the ingredients with half of the water.

  3. Tip out onto a lightly oiled surface and knead for 10-15mins, until the dough becomes smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling film or tin foil and leave to prove for about 4hours.
  5. Tip back out on a clean surface and knead for another 5mins.
  6. Split the dough into 8 equal sized portions. Cup your hand around the and move your hand in circular motion to form smooth dough balls. Place onto a lined baking tray. Make sure the rolls are evenly spaced.
  7. Place inside a plastic carrier to prove for another hour.
  8. Pre-heat an oven to 220°C / 200°C fan.
  9. Pour some boiled water into a baking tray and place at the bottom of your oven to create steam.
  10. Brush the sesame oil over the top of the rolls and place them in the oven for 15mins.
  11. Reduce the heat to 190°C / 170°C fan and continue to bake for another 15mins or until fully baked. (You test this by tapping it, if it sounds hollow it should be done).
  12. Leave on a wire rack to cool.
