- Add several glugs of soy sauce to the pan and coat the rice. Then add the mixed herbs and the chicken stock, about a cup and cover. Keep adding the chicken stock a little at a time until cooked the rice is cooked
- Season with salt and pepper and then serve as a main dish or a side. 8
