Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, ratatouille. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Ratatouille is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Ratatouille is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

All I can say is if you do not watch it, you will be missing out on a very very very special movie. I have never written a review on here before, but this movie made me write one. In the hilarious new animated-adventure, Ratatouille, a rat named Remy dreams of becoming a great chef despite his family's wishes and the obvious problem of being a rat in a decidedly rodent-phobic.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have ratatouille using 13 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Ratatouille:
  1. Get 2 whole garlic minced
  2. Get 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  3. Prepare 1 whole onion chopped
  4. Take 1 tbsp dried Rosemary
  5. Get 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  6. Get 1/2 cup flour
  7. Get 1/4 cup butter
  8. Make ready 1 cup milk
  9. Take to taste Salt and white pepper
  10. Make ready 3 large Cucumber
  11. Make ready 6 large Carrots
  12. Get 10 Tomato
  13. Make ready 6 large Radish
Instructions to make Ratatouille:
  1. Make your roux with the flour, butter cooked a little. Then you add milk, cinnamon, salt and white pepper. Cook for 7 minutes and set aside.
  2. Add 1tbsp Olive oil in pan. Add minced garlic for 1min then add onions and cook for 2-3minutes. Mix into roux and mix well. Add your Rosemary and allow to cool while you attend to the veggies.
  3. Wash your veggies in salted water. Drain. If using a slicer blade adjust settings and slice through. If using knife cut thinly.
  4. Grace pan, base pan with your sauce or roux and swirl. Pair up your veggies with each one coming after the other and place in pan. Use that sequence and continue till you done. Sprinkle salt and some Rosemary and white pepper. Spray or drizzle Olive oil atop. Cover with foil and cook in oven for 45mins @180c
