- Take the fried urad dal and red chillies in grinder pot and grind it into powder.
- Then add the ginger,tomatoes, tamrind, jaggery and salt and grind it into smooth chutney.
- Heat oil in small wok.Add mustard seeds and hing and allow it to splutter andf mix this into chutney.Garnish with curry leaves.
- Chutney is ready to serve with dosa or vada or plain rice.
