- Take a mixture grinder add pudina leaves, coriander leaves, 1tsp salt, green chilli,Cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, grind it into a fine paste & after that add lemon juice, mix it well. Take a pan add soaked kajur & turmieder paste boil it & in that add cumin coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, jaggery boil it & make a chutney.
- Next step make a round slice of tomato and apply pudina chutney & kajur chutney.
- Next step after applying both chutney sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, sev or mixtures of namken. Serve it immediately.
