A vibrant and mouth-watering Shrimp Curry with tender-sweet shrimp cooked in coconut milk and lightly spiced with aromatic whole spices. This shrimp curry is prepared with coconut milk and has more of a touch of Indian flavors.

- Smoke mustard oil and let it cool to room temperature. Add asafoetida, bay leaf, black cardamom, peppercorns and cinnamon.
