4. Ab dough ke chote chote balls bana kar use flate karein aur egg shape main lambai main balen aur knife se cuts lagai 1 inch distance par
5. Aloo mixture rakhen aur round kar ke corner par water lagai seal karein tgen 2 sides se pinch kar ke toffee shape dein
6. Ab oil ko medium heat par garam karein phir in toffees ko dal kar fry karein til golden brown
