  2. Add crushed sago in it,if needed thin consistacy add some milk or water.let it be boiled 2 miniutes.
  3. Stir it continuesly.add sugar, mix it.
  4. Add griended makhana, dryfruits mix it very well.add.cadamoms mix it.
  5. Take out 1/2 cup white cooked sago kheer & keep it a side.
  6. Now add the 2 Tsp beetroot juice in the same pan.stir it 1 miniute.mix it in the sago boiling kheer.take out 4 tsp sago kheer from this pan.keep it a side.now add all remaining juice from the boiling kheer & mix it.it will be dark colour.we will make 3 lairs from this kheer.
  7. When it gets some thick remove it from the flame.keep it a side.
  8. Now take a transperent glass.make 1 layer from the lite red kheer,then put white layer, at the last put dark red kheer.
  9. At the top put white kheer.garnish it with dryfruits.
  10. It is really very tasty, smooth, colourful & droolicious recipe.

  12. We can have this kheer during the fast's & regular also.
