Add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and sugar and let it cook for a minute. Add 1 cup of water, coriander and add split gram peas and cauliflower to it. Mix well.
- Pressure cook until 3 whistles. Let it cool before opening the pressure. Your curry is ready to serve with naan or rice.
