- Take dough ball out of fridge. Divide into 4 pieces. Work on 1 piece at a time while covering the others to prevent dough from becoming too dry.
- Roll small piece of dough flat and shape as desired either by hand or using a pasta maker.
- Boil a pot of water with salt added. Cook fresh pasta for about 5 mins or until desired softness.
- When done, take pasta out and strain. Add sauce, seasonings, herbs, and other ingredients as desired.
