  2. Take 1/2 cup sabudana(soaked)

  4. Get to taste Sugar
  5. Take 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
  6. Get few chooped dry fruits
  7. Prepare few saffron strings.(soaked in lil milk.)
  8. Get 2 tbsp rose syrup
  9. Take 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan..Add milk and bring it to boil.
  2. After boiling add sabudana and cook for 10min. Or until sabudana cooked.
  3. Add mawa and stir for a min..Add dessicated coconut, dry fruits, cardamom powder…And cook for another 5 min.or until it gets lil thick in consistency.(keep stirring.)
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Now divide it into 3 bowls equally.
  6. Add saffron milk in one bowl..And rose syrup in another bowl..Last one ll remain white.
  7. Arrange it in serving glass or in bowl..Of ur choice with dry fruits.
  8. Serve cool.
