These Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups are a freezer friendly family pleaser. I filled my Lasagna Roll Ups with spinach and cheese but you could also do mushrooms, pesto, or any meat.

- First, cut the polka, wash it and blend into a mixer grinder to make a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Take flour add salt and oil mix well. Then add little by little palak paste to make a dough (don't use water.) Prepare a dough-like chapati. Keep aside for ten minutes.
- In a pan add 2 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, when it crackles add hing, onion and saute for 2 minutes. Then add mashed potatoes and all the spices along with salt mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside for cool.
- Now take the dough to make medium-sized balls and roll it like roti. prepare all the roti. Take a non-stick pan heat it and cook all the chapatis on both sides.
- Now take one palak chapati apply little milk, put some potato mixture on it roll it and apply again milk and spread sesame seeds. Then in a non-stick pan add little oil and cook it on both sides
- Prepare all the rolls like this way and serve hot.
