- Soak the sago Dana in half cup water for half an hour. Set aside.
- In a wok add milk and cardemom seeds, let it simmer. Now add soaked sago Dana cook on low flame for 10 Minutes.
- Add rice flour, blanched Almonds and sugar in it. When it's thicken let the flame low to medium. When bubbles are appears on top then add rose and mix well.
- Let the Mixture cool at room temperature. Then pour in Matti ke bartan.
- Decorate it with chopped almonds,chopped burfi and chandi ke warrk. Place in fridge and serve chilled.
