- First roast the Dry fruits in 2 tbsp ghee on low to medium flame till they have crunchy texture.
- Separate the dryfruits in another plate and let them cool..and then grind it..if you want nutty flavour in your panjiri then don't grind it coarsely.
- Now roast the coconut in 2 tbsp ghee just till veryyy little brown..
- Now mix seeds, blackcurrant, raisins and dry fruit mix in it. Roast it little more then add milkmaid in it..
- Mix it properly and transfer it to greased mould..cut it after cool down..serve it..
