- Heat a heavy bottom pan or deep pan.add lotus seeds init and dry roast with continuous stirring on medium flame.
- It takes 7 to 10. Minutes Check to crush with hands if it is crispy then add ghee and keep the flame low
- Add salt pepper and mix well. If u needs chatpata then add chat masala or redchilly powder as u needed. I did not add because in my family didn't like too spices.
- After off the gas and mix chat masala immediately.With salt and pepper it is good to taste and my grand daughter also like to munching in front of the tv.
- Now ready to serve it is very yummy and healthy nonjunk starters.
