  9. Now switch off the flame and quickly add all the roasted items and mix nicely.
  10. If you want to make it for senior citizens who have problems in chewing the nuts, you can grind them all and add in the melted jaggery before setting.
  11. Pour the content in the greased thali to set. - Tap the thali on your kitchen platform so that no air bubbles are formed and gur can be levelled.
  12. Sprinkle some roasted seeds on the top.
  13. You can level it with the back of a spoon or spatula too - - Now let it cool & set.
  14. After sometime you can give impression of pieces with a sharp knife. (Size of the pieces depends on how big u want)
