I make this in the crockpot, add the sauce, then squash and put the raw meatballs around (some submerged, others not) after a few hours I stir the out-ofsauce meatballs in to the sauce. Recipe can be made ahead and frozen. The first time that I cooked spaghetti squash, it was like a light bulb went off in my head. The tender strands make a great substitute for pasta.
