- A few days later if the juice of lemon was not enough to cover the lemon, add additional lemon juice and salt.
- I personally use from day 3, but some say a week after or a month later. It's up to your preference. When I use, I rinse the lemon with running water, cut into small pieces and add into dressing for salad or add for grilled chicken instead of salt.
