- Now you add your vegetables as well as the salt and bullion stock cube, if you have some stock from the boiled meat you can add a spoon or two (large serving spoon).in a small boil add two spoons of groundnut oil to the groused pumpkin seeds and mix throughly,now form it into small balls and add it to the vegetables and cover for two minutes and then stir. Remember to stir carefully as not to break the fish into pieces. You can serve your Soup with Eba/ Semo/Fufu/pounded yam/Amala/Rice. Enjoy
