  4. Place in pan peas and carrots, cous cous, shredded cheese then hottest water possible from tap.
  5. Stir, cover and shut off heat.
  6. After 5 minutes just fluff up with a spoon and serve. Add a touch of parmesan cheese on top of each serving if you wish. Walla! Dinners done:-)
