- After straining the water, now add lemon juice, sugar, and 2 cups water.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for 40 min to an hour. The water should evaporate and the jelly should be concentrated. The color will turn dark.
- Test whether the jam is ready by spooning a bit of the jam onto a plate, chilling it, then gliding your finger across. It should feel like jelly.
- Transfer the jam into a glass jar and chill in the fridge for a few hours! Enjoy!
