Butajiru is a simple Japanese miso soup elevated with tender pork slices and a variety of Numerous vegetables are added to butajiru, but the most traditional options include typical Japanese root. - Sprinkle finely chopped spring onions, and serve. *Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Powder) is also recommended to add extra flavour.
