  2. When the colour changes add masala vegetables and half water give it 1 whistle slow it for 2 mins off the flame
  3. Open the lid add rest water boil it
  4. For Tadka heat Tadka pan add oil add cumin and mustard seed when it crackers add Curry patta and mirch. Serve hot
