- For schezewan sauce: take red chillies and dip it in water for 2 hours.
- Take out red chilli after 2 hours and blend it into smooth paste.
- Take a pan and add oil in it.now add chopped ginger and cook it for 5 min.add red chilli paste and cook it for 10 min at medium flame.
- Now add soya sauce tomato ketchup and vinegar in it and cook it for another two min.add 1 cup water in it and cook it.add salt at the end mix it properly and cook it till oil gets separated and our sauce is ready
