Parathas are made plain or variety of different fillings, but potato filling is most popular. I tried Aloo paratha only recently, all these days I felt it was hard enough to make. And with stuffing inside I thought I would surely mess it up…. But finally had the guts to try it out and now am confident.
Steps to make Soya Aloo Paratha:
- Take 2cup wheat flour add salt to taste little oil and bind it into a saft dough with water
- Keep it covered
- Cut the pitatoes and soya saag very finely chioped
- Heat a pan add 1/2tbs oil then add cumin seeds,finely chooped garlic cloves,fry for 5sec.
- Add asefoetida turmeric powder soya saag and cook for 2_3mints.
- Add red chilli powder coriander powder,mix well
- Add to potatoes salt to taste dry mango powder.Mix well and keep it to cool in diffrent vessel.
- After it is cooled mash completly.
- Divide the dough in 4_5part
- Fill it with themasala add close and again roll it to mak a medium paratha
- Roast it on medium to high flame with oil or ghee.
